Who we are
We are Anna Fairy Tale, a floral and decorative design studio based in Belgium.
Specializing in event decoration and the creation of immersive atmospheres, we transform flowers, light and shapes into real stories.
Behind this studio are Anna and Alexandra, mother and daughter. One is a florist-decorator, the other an architect. Two singular backgrounds united by the same vision: to turn spaces into emotions. Every setting we design becomes a sensitive experience, intimately linked to the place and the moment.
Anna
After thirty years in financial auditing, Anna chose to follow her true passion: flowers.
An ikebana artist (Sogetsu school, Ikebana Pro), she is inspired by Japanese philosophy: seeing beauty in emptiness, listening to the movement of a branch, speaking with lines and proportions. Trained by world-renowned masters (Hitomi Gilliam, Lacy Bird Academy, Galina & Artyom Petrov, Elena Romanova, Irina Turis), her poetic creations combine rigor and sensitivity.
Alexandra
A graduate of ULB La Cambre Horta, Alexandra started out in an architectural practice in Belgium. Her trip to Australia enabled her to take stock of her career and affirm her need for creative freedom. It was this path that led her to Milan, where she is pursuing studies in scenography to deepen her universe and explore the link between architecture, art and ephemeral design.
The essence of Anna Fairy Tale
At Anna Fairy Tale, our style is nourished by a dialogue between cultures: Russian breadth, Japanese finesse, European lightness and a constant openness to international inspiration. These influences intertwine in each of our creations, giving rise to a singular visual language: generous, minimalist and audacious all at once.
An essential part of our approach draws on the philosophy of ikebana, the Japanese floral art that celebrates balance, empty space and the poetry of gesture. A simple curve, a subtle asymmetry, a delicately placed branch... and already a story is taking shape.
Ikebana came into my life at a time of great change. I found it a source of inner balance and harmony, but also a new artistic language capable of giving shape to my emotions. The Sogetsu school seduced me with its contemporary freedom: it opens up ikebana to art, architecture, public and private spaces.
This is how my compositions become more than bouquets, they become meaningful art objects, conveying a blend of simplicity, refinement and visual intensity.

CHRISTMAS DECORATION
Every year, we eagerly await the magic of the festive season. The streets light up, shop windows are transformed and homes fill with light. A longing for renewal is reborn in our hearts, and even adults rediscover their inner child.
It is this unique atmosphere that we love to create: moments of celebration and wonder that leave a lasting impression and remain etched in memory.
TABLEWARE & EVENTS
Ever since she was a child, Alexandra had watched Anna prepare meals and marvelled at her unique way of entertaining. From a simple dinner, she knew how to create an atmosphere where warmth and poetry intertwined, turning every meal into a true experience.
From this passion grew an expertise that we now share with you: elevating your tables and your events to turn them into unforgettable moments.
FLORAL DESIGN & IKEBANA
After a career in finance and auditing, a major life change led Anna to reinvent her path. She then chose to turn a lifelong passion, floral art, into a true profession. Since then, she has continually deepened her expertise by training with leading figures in floral design and ikebana.
Blending tradition and modernity, her compositions bear the mark of a constant quest for balance, meaning and beauty.
