2. Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sales of online products offered by Anna Fairy Tale on the website annafairytale.com, including Christmas ornaments, made-to-order floral arrangements, as well as various decorative objects. They apply to all orders placed on the website.

3. Products

Products available for sale include :

  • Christmas toys : Items and ornaments specially selected for the festive season.
  • Custom floral arrangements: Handcrafted floral arrangements, including personalized creations such as Ikebanas.
  • Decorative items : A variety of decorative items, including festive accessories, handcrafted decorations, and decorative elements for indoor and outdoor use.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for information only. The customer may contact customer service for any clarification or specific request concerning the products.

4. Awards

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges, which are specified when the order is confirmed. Anna Fairy Tale reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the price in force at the time of the order.

5. Controls

  • 5.1 Ordering : Orders can only be placed via the annafairytale.com. When ordering a bespoke floral or Christmas arrangement, customers must specify their wishes in the contact form.
  • 5.2 Order confirmation : After validation, the customer receives a confirmation email containing the details of the order. The sale is final upon receipt of this email.
  • 5.3 Order cancellation : For personalized or made-to-order products, such as custom or Christmas flower arrangements, cancellation of the order is subject to Anna Fairy Tale's acceptance.

7. Delivery

  • 7.1 Delivery area : Products are delivered in Belgium and, under certain conditions, to other European countries. Delivery areas and times are specified on the website.
  • 7.2 Delivery times : Delivery times vary according to the type of product. For personalized and Christmas floral arrangements, delivery times may depend on the availability of materials and the complexity of the arrangement.
  • 7.3 Delivery charges : Delivery costs are indicated at the time of order and depend on the destination, weight or volume of the package.
  • 7.4 Late delivery : In case of delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. If the delay exceeds [specify the legal deadline, e.g. 30 days], the customer may cancel the order and request a refund.

In accordance with Anna Fairy Tale's returns policy, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective on receipt.

In the event of a damaged product, the customer must report the problem to customer service within 24 hours of receipt, providing proof (photos or videos) of the condition of the product to : info@annafairytale.com. Anna Fairy Tale then undertakes to offer an exchange or refund, depending on the possibilities. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, except for the reported defect.

Anna Fairy Tale is not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure or errors made by the customer (e.g. incorrect address). Anna Fairy Tale's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
